The President’s Office has opened for applications for the membership of Customs Integrity Commission (CIC) today.
Article 26 of the Maldives Customs Act states that CIC consists of 5 members appointed by the President with the consent of the People’s Majlis as stipulated in the Article 28 of the Act.
The President’s Office today published the announcement calling for the applications for CIC in the government gazette. Application form and declaration can be downloaded from the President’s Office website. The website address is www.presidencymaldives.gov.mv .
Application forms will be accepted by the President’s Office during work hours every working day, until 29 May 2011.
