President Mohamed Nasheed and First Lady Madam Laila Ali will host an informal dinner for foreign dignitaries on the occasion of the Independence Day. The dinner will be held on 27 July.
The dinner, which was planned to be held at Aarah, will now be held at Dharubaaruge due to unfavourable weather forecasts.
Among the other invitees to the dinner are the members of the Cabinet, State Ministers, Members of the People’s Majlis, heads of statutory bodies, and the leaders of political parties.
The President’s Office requests all the invitees to be at Dharubaaruge at 8pm on 27 July.
