Vice President Faisal Naseem on Thursday called on participants of the "Train the Trainers" Programme for Frontliners to become catalysts of change, fostering improved service delivery through mentorship and coaching of colleagues. He made these remarks during the closing ceremony of the "Train the Trainers" programme, which was organised as part of the Government Services Workstream under the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Government Experience Exchange Programme (GEEP).

The Vice President extended gratitude to the UAE government for their steadfast support and assistance in the Maldives' public sector development. Emphasising the administration's commitment to enhancing public service delivery and public sector reform, he recognised the valuable learning opportunity from the UAE's experience.

Fifty participants successfully concluded the programme, which encompassed comprehensive training on the latest theories, concepts, best practices, and techniques for delivering exemplary government services. The successful execution of the programme was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), the Civil Service Training Institute (CSTI), the Foreign Relations Office, and the Public Administration Reform division of the President's Office.
