President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and First Lady Fazna Ahmed will be travelling to the Kingdom of Bahrain on a State Visit from 5 – 8 October, 2022. The visit is being made at the invitation of the King of Bahrain, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
During the visit, a number of memorandums of understanding are expected to be signed, as well as a number of high-level bilateral exchanges. These events are expected to strengthen the friendly ties between the Maldives and Bahrain.
