The Committee Investigating Public Housing Schemes has reopened the 'Complaints Portal' for the H4, H5, H6, H7, H8, H9 and H10 categories. The portal will accept complaints regarding the points allocated under the physical verification segment for the publicised temporary lists of eligible applicants for the above-mentioned categories.

In the announcement published in the Government Gazette today, the Committee shared the procedures followed while allotting points to applicants. They also detailed the physical verification process and the stringent set of rules followed during the process and point allocation. They stated that they had continued to receive grievances even after the time limit for submitting complaints had passed. The Committee announced, in the spirit of transparency and integrity, the decision to reopen the complaints portal in order to address all grievances related to the physical verification points.

The Committee invited any members of the public with relevant grievances to submit their complaint via the official 'Hiyaa Complaints Portal' at https://hcp.presidency.gov.mv/ from today, 30 December 2020, until 1500hrs on 5 January 2020.

They further assured that all submissions would be acknowledged and thoroughly investigated.
