President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has declared that government offices are to remain closed from 4th to 6th August 2020, as a precautionary measure against the further spread of COVID-19. The President encouraged those who are able to work from home to do so, and to provide services to the public through online means.
This decision was announced this evening as the 24th directive issued by the President’s Office.
