Wednesday the 22nd of August 2012, and Thursday the 23rd of August, has been declared as public holidays. Instead, the 1st and 15th of September 2012, will be working days for Government offices.

In a Directive issued by the President’s Office today, it was announced that the 22nd and 23rd of August was confirmed as public holidays to extend the weekend to link-up with the Eid holidays.
